10 day No-quibble returns. You can return anything you order from us within 10 days of receipt and, provided it arrives in re-saleable condition, we will credit your card with the purchase price, plus the postage and packing. You only pay for return postage. This does not affect your legal rights in the case of goods that are faulty or not fit for the purpose stated. We promise to make the refund within 7 days of receiving the goods back in saleable condition. If you paid by cheque, we will post a cheque back to you within 7 days.
Quality guarantee. If anything you order from us arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt (Upon receipt you will be asked to check and sign that the goods have arrived in good condition).
